Our Testimonials

Groundboss Ltd
"It’s a good machine, well-built, I could see the build quality when I first looked at it, it looked right. Using it I am finding it solid, easy to work with and maintain and definitely the right choice. Everything is spot on. Behind a 90hp tractor you get a really good quality of cut at speed."
Andrew Clarkson

Fife Council
"The cut on the RMX-560 roller mower is as good as the old gang mowers and we’re enjoying reduced maintenance which is saving time and money, as well as reduced fuel consumption, so there’s a saving on fuel costs as well."
Damien Woods
Fife Council
Poppleton Junior Football Club
"The club from the Chairman down is so pleased with the results, people have remarked on how much better the pitches are since we've had the Wessex. It's in another league altogether."
Jim Ferguson

Dulwich Preparatory School
"We were offered an ex demonstrator to try out by our local dealers, Godfreys. They loaned us a Wessex RMX 180 for a week and we've never looked back. We’re very pleased with the finish we get on our cricket outfield, adjustment is easy and there are not too many working parts so there’s little to go wrong and servicing is simple and economic. The roller mower works all-year round to contribute to the PE curriculum run in conjunction with a full schedule of after-school practice and training sessions available."

"Other groundsmen come up to me and ask what kind of cylinder mower we are using? When I tell them it's a rotary, disbelief turns into a whole conversation about our Wessex ProLine RMX-180 roller mower. Going from a gang to an RMX-180 has cut down the time cutting the main training pitches, saving as much as a day's work when we're cutting two or three times a week."
David Hurst

NFU Countryside
"The Wessex logsplitter is indestructible. The amount of abuse we give it is nuts and it still keeps going."
Malcolm Bates

Horticulture Week
"When we tested the Wessex Proline RMX 1.8M individual deck a couple of years ago, we were awestruck by its speed, dexterity and quality of cut. What could be better? How about three RMX decks in one unit, which Wessex are now offering. The Wessex tri-deck mowers have a staggeringly fast 96.8m sec tip speed. "
